Providing differing views of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, passed by Congress in an effort to stop corporate fraud, recent speakers participating in the UT Corporate Governance Center's Speaker Series expose students, faculty, and guests to senior people in corporate governance and aid in the research being conducted by the Center.
